At this time we are only able to ship to customers in the continental United States of America. For international shipments please contact [email protected].
Shipment processing time
Overnight orders placed before 1:00pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, will ship within 24 hours.
Orders are shipped within 72 hours of receipt Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Any delays will be communicated to you via e-mail or telephone, so please ensure that you provide us with a valid e-mail address and telephone number.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. FedEx is our carrier of choice for most shipments. If your order requires freight delivery, our Customer Service team will contact you to arrange logistics.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances and are solely controlled by the carrier.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Inspection of Your Package and Risk of Loss
Please thoroughly inspect your package before discarding packaging materials. All damages or defects must be reported to the Company within 3 calendar days from receipt of your shipment.
All orders are shipped with signature confirmation, please ensure an adult is present at the delivery address to sign for the package. The carrier may re-attempt delivery, please contact the carrier to make alternate receiving arrangements. In the event the delivery is accepted with signature and/or the delivery address is altered, the Company is unable to re-ship your order.
